TROY GROVE – Wednesday afternoon emergency crews were called to the intersection of 251 and Route 52 between Peru and Mendota for a two vehicle accident. According to a deputy at the scene, three people in total were injured with what were described as non-life threatening injuries. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
