STREATOR – One man has been arrested after a report of shots fired last week in Streator. According to Streator Police Chief Kurt Pastirik, officers located several shell casings and a live round reportedly found in the 900 block of Hall Street on July 24th. After an investigation 26-year-old Keyon D. Rowe was arrested and charged with an unlawful use of a weapon. He was taken to the LaSalle County Jail and is being held on a $30,000 bond.
