STREATOR – Streator High School will agree to accept Chinese Foreign Exchange students beginning in January. In a board meeting yesterday, members agreed to allow Foreign Service (China) Group to provide the high school with up to 20 students for the 2018 Spring Semester. Superintendent Matthew Seaton believes Streator Township is the first public high school in the area to be taking on such an exchange. Seaton says the skies the limit to the cultural influence the high school could have with the Asian students.
