MENDOTA – Two of Mendota’s Alderman participated in their last city council meeting Monday. Alderman Walter Weiland and Randy Morris elected to step down from their positions as aldermen, effective April 2nd. 4th Ward Alderman Weiland served the city council for 16 years and encourages citizens to take part in voting for the next members of city government. Morris served as 3rd Ward Alderman for 12 years, and wishes success to the next in line.
