LASALLE – Nathan Watson and Peter Limberger, general manager of real estate development and co-founder of CL Enterprises, spoke to LaSalle City Council Monday night regarding plans for the redevelopment of the Maytag building. Watson explained that renovated two story building will host a brewpub with a brewery, opening in late fall of this year with six apartments upstairs and a coffee shop occupying the corner building. Construction of the $2.7 million project will start very soon, although Watson stated that the Kaskaskia Hotel redevelopment project won’t be under construction until 2020.
