STREATOR – David Plyman began his first day as Streator’s city manager, Monday. Plyman says his priority is to address challenges that Streator faces and goals the community establishes.
Plyman says he’s looking forward to meeting residents and becoming a part of the community. He served as Rochelle’s city manager for nearly six years and brings over thirty years of city management experience to Streator.
