PEORIA – Ottawa Wallace will be vying for the state title at this years Illinois Elementary School Association Scholastic Bowl. Students will travel to Peoria to compete on Friday against 15 other teams. The Peoria Civic Center will play host to the event. Over 400 schools across the state entered into the Scholastic Bowl series. Audio of the event will be available online for those who cannot attend. Ottawa Wallace takes on Monmouth ICS at 1 PM.
