OTTAWA – Torricelli Consulting will continue to lobby at the state capital on behalf of the city Ottawa. At last night’s council meeting, a resolution recommended by Mayor Dan Aussem was passed authorizing an agreement with the lobbying and consulting company. Aussem says, Jeff Torricelli also assists in affairs associated with the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, like projects on the Illinois and Michigan Canal and Morris Hospital renovations.
