LaSalle County Jail Photo – Timothy M. Stephens OTTAWA – An Oglesby man was charged with possession of child pornography Friday. According to the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office, just after 8 a.m., 32-year-old Timothy M. Stephens was arrested and charged with three counts of Possession of Child Pornography in the 100 block of East 2nd Street in Oglesby, as a result of a search warrant executed by Oglesby Police, Peru Police along with the LaSalle County State’s Attorney’s Office and the Illinois Attorney General’s Office High Tech Crime Bureau. Stephens is being held at the LaSalle County Jail on a $75,000 bond.
