MORRIS – A man has died after a Sunday evening motorcycle crash in Grundy County. Authorities say 50-year-old Hiram T. Jackson of Morris was traveling east on Route 6 near Ashley Road when for unknown reasons he entered the ditch and hit a wooden post supporting a traffic sign. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Grundy County Coroner John Callahan. The crash remains under investigation.
