SUBLETTE – A child suffered significant burns after a fall Saturday in Lee County. The Sublette Fire Department and EMS were called around 4:30 PM to Woodhaven Lakes for a report of an injured child. They say a 3-year-old had fallen into a fire pit and was taken to a Dixon hospital before being transferred to Loyola in Chicago. No update on the child’s condition was available.
