STREATOR – A Streator student is among 26 winners of the, “Imagine a Day Without Water art contest” by Illinois American Water. Lahla Thompson, a 5th Grader at Northlawn Junior High, earned her classroom the choice of a $100 donation or a celebration because of her fine artwork. Entries from 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students depicted what a day without water meant to them.
