OGLESBY – The full Illinois Valley Community College Board is expected to consider a third year of no tuition increases in a meeting next month. Last week the board’s audit finance committee also recommended that high school students enrolled in any IVCC online course pay just 75 percent of the tuition rate, or about $95 per credit hour. Those students who are getting taught at high school campuses will only have a $30 fee. The dual credit program is currently offered at 17 of the 21 high schools in IVCC’s district, and those students make up about 10 percent of the schools enrollment.
