CVS property in Peru to be a car wash

 
PERU – Property located behind CVS in Peru will soon be a car wash. At Monday nights city council meeting, Chairmen of Finance and Safety Service, Mike Radkte announces that Peru received over $538,000 for the closing of the property on Shooting Park Road and Route 251. The money represents the entire sum of what the city paid to purchase the property. Radke says a car wash business is currently under contract and there could potentially be a fast-food restaurant in the future. Groundbreaking on the car wash will begin at the start of the construction season.
