Illinois American Water establishes preparedness plan

STREATOR – Illinois American Water in Streator has established coronavirus preparedness plans. The utility company says they have initiated business continuity plans to help provide additional stability to operations that include water and wastewater services to customers’ homes and businesses. Illinois American Water will be placing a moratorium and discontinuing service shut-offs at this time. Officials say they’re evaluating the situation and latest developments to determine to adopt and amending measures.
