PRINCETON – The Bureau County Emergency Managment Agency on Thursday announced that Deere & Company in Moline donated 4,000 face shields. The masks were made by the John Deere Seeding Group workers in Moline who would normally be ending production operations for the season. Workers from Deere and the United Auto Workers and International Association of Machinists designed and built the machines and production lines that were used to produce the plastic shields.
