SPRINGFIELD – The statewide move to Phase 3 of the Restore Illinois Plan is on track to occur on Friday, and businesses who will be restarting will have resources available to them to make that move. The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity’s website features a Restore Illinois plan that will help get over 700,000 residents back to work. Employers and employees will need to know their obligations when it comes to social distancing, cleaning, signage and face coverings when the state lifts limitations on May 29th.
