STREATOR – The Streator Police Department say a woman was stabbed on Tuesday. Around 12:30 PM they were called to the 600 block of Illinois Ave, where they found an adult female with an injury. The suspect, who authorities say was known to the victim, fled the area on foot. The victim was transported to OSF Center for Health where her condition was not disclosed. The suspect was not located and the incident is still under investigation by the Streator Police Department.
