SPRINGFIELD – The Illinois COVID-19 Response Fund has distributed more than $30 millions statewide. Governor J.B. Pritzker said Tuesday that the fund, set up with the United Way and the Alliance of Illinois Community Foundations has answered the call when the state needed it most. He also announced that the fifth and final installment of $7.5 million in grants was added to the fund, which has helped over 114,000 families since the beginning of the pandemic.
