STREATOR – Streator’s Fourth of July Celebration is in full swing and while many enjoy the weeklong events, it’s important to acknowledge those who made it all possible. Randy Dominic, committee member for Streator’s Fourth of July Celebration says it’s all thanks to the community for contributing through fundraising and donations.
This year’s fireworks show at North Field that will take place on Sunday is costing the committee around $45,000, and live musical acts throughout the week up to $100,000.
