An alleged arsonist set fire to the wrong home. She allegedly thought she was setting fire to her ex-lovers home when it was actually a strangers.
The fire was set in two places, on the front porch as well as near a propane gas tank. The garden hose had Flex Seal to obstruct it and their above ground pool was also damaged. The homeowner saw the alleged arsonist outside his home and tried to confront her when she fled. He did get video of her license plate and she was soon arrested.
She’s being held on bond of $101,500 for the charges of felony first-degree arson, assault with a deadly weapon, after brushing the homeowner with her car, as well as larceny of an animal as she was holding one of the homeowner’s dogs on a leash when he confronted her before she fled.
