A Missouri man will spend 60 days in jail after dressing as The Joker from Batman and livestreaming himself threatening to bomb and kill people. He claims everyone knew it was a prank, however law enforcement did not see it that way. He was originally charged with a felony, however it was reduced to a misdemeanor charge of making a terrorist threat.
