Woman scammed by man claiming to be a Russian Astronaut needing money to get back from the space station

A 65-year-old woman in Japan was scammed out of $30,000 by a man claiming to be a Russian Astronaut.  He allegedly told her that he was on the space station and needed money to get back so he could marry her.  He had told her that it was to cover “rocket costs”.  She wised up once he continued to ask for more money and called the cops who are investigating.
