CHICAGO – Early tomorrow morning North America will witness the last total lunar eclipse of the year. The “Blood Moon”, says National Weather Service Meteorologist Scott Baker, will be most noticeable between 4:15 and 5:30 a.m. central time.
Baker says even though cirrus clouds will be rolling in by nighttime they won’t entirely obstruct peak viewing time. After this eclipse, the next total lunar eclipse won’t occur until March 2025.
