A Pennsylvania pair allegedly filled their truck bed with diesel fuel, and when authorities approached their vehicle, they could smell the strong scent of fuel. The two men were in possession of multiple credit cards that did not match the receipts from the gas station for the diesel fuel.
The owner of the gas station stated that the men had allegedly stolen gas the previous day as well. Authorities found a reservoir filled with diesel fuel. Both men are facing felony access device charges as well as a charge of theft. Both had bond set at $30,000 each.
