Bismark man pulls a gun on stranger who wouldn’t buy him lunch

courtroom-one-gavel

In Bismarck, North Dakota, George Demarrias confronted a McDonald’s customer on Saturday, requesting they purchase a Big Mac and a Happy Meal for him. When the customer declined and advised him to “get a job,” Demarrias followed the customer into the restaurant, brandishing a black handgun from his waistband, and berated the customer for what he deemed disrespectful. With innocent bystanders, including children, present, Demarrias insulted the customer before returning the gun to his waistband and exiting the establishment. Prompt police response led to Demarrias’ arrest, during which officers discovered a black Taurus model G3 9mm handgun concealed in a stroller carrying his 1-year-old daughter.
