OGLESBY – Illinois Valley Community College will be hosting a presentation that will display paintings and drawings of those displaced by the Syrian war. On Monday Rihab Sawah will present stories and art from those who have been in Syrian Refugee camps at noon and 6:30 PM. Some of the artists used pieces of canvas cut from tent fabric for their work, while others used materials such as newspapers and cardboard. The exhibit will remain on display through April 14th.
