ROCK ISLAND – The 10 and under IV Predators won the championship this weekend at Hitmen Fields in Rock Island. After playing five games over the weekend, Grady Mueller drove in the winning run in extra innings to take the win against Kewanee Athletics 10 and under team.
Owen Fivek was the winning pitcher, pitching 4 1/3 innings, including eight strikeouts. Andrew Hermosillo, Logan Martin, Owen Fivek, and Grady Mueller all had two hits throughout the championship game.
