MENDOTA – Mendota High School is looking to take in Paw Paw students. After a meeting held by Superintendent Jeff Prusator earlier this week, he states the board is interested in making an offer with Paw Paw to send their students to Mendota High School.
Prusator says Mendota HS has been struggling with enrollment and this could be a great oppertunity to enhance programs like athletics. Paw Paw High School is in the process of a potential deactivation and is still seeking out a local high school to send their students to if they choose to do so. The offer to Paw Paw will be an action item on the agenda for the Mendota board’s next meeting in September.
