DALZELL – A rash of vehicle burglaries reported on Wednesday have caused the Dalzell Police Department to seek the public’s help in locating those who may be involved. On Wednesday it was reported that eight vehicles, all unlocked, were entered in the village in the early morning hours. Security footage recovered from a bank reportedly shows two individuals, described as thin and wearing hooded sweatshirts, leaving a vehicle on foot for an hour before returning. The Dalzell Police are offering a $250 reward for information leading to an arrest in this case. They also wish to remind all residents to get in the habit of locking their vehicles.
