OGLESBY – Oglesby residents have been invited to view and comment on concept plans for the proposed development of Senica Square. City staff will be taking comments and questions about the project on Wednesday, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Oglesby’s City Hall. The project is said feature a permanent band shell, restroom, an ice skating rink and more. The park is part of the city’s plan to create a gathering spot for residents and visitors in the downtown area.
