No athletic fees for Streator High School next year

STREATOR – Streator High School’s Board approved suspending athletic fees for the 2019-2020 school year. According to Superintendent Matt Seaton, the high school is in a very favorable financial position to suspend athletic fees for one year. He says the suspension will give families a nice break and if need be, the fees will be reimplemented the following school year. Sports, scholastic bowl, cheer-leading and Streatorettes will apply for the deferral. Athletic fees general around $10,000 a year.
