MENDOTA – A man Mendota Police say is homeless was arrested Tuesday night on a charge of Indecent Solicitation of a Minor. Around 7:30PM they took 22-year-old Edward W. Pickford into custody after an investigation into an alleged incident. Pickford was charged with a class 4 felony and taken to the LaSalle County Jail with his bond yet to be set.
