Fatal accident at Starved Rock State Park

 
UTICA – A fatal accident occurred at Starved Rock State Park, Saturday morning, according to Conservation Police Sergeant Phil Wire. Just after 10 a.m., the Utica Fire Department was called to the Council Overhand at Starved Rock State Park
for a subject who allegedly fell 40 feet off the top of Council Overhang’s cliff. According to Sergeant Phil Wire, the victim’s family has not been notified.
