STREATOR- The Streator Police Department say they were involved in a pursuit Thursday morning. Around 9:30 AM along Everett Street they allegedly attempted to stop what they describe as a blue Oldsmobile. The vehicle reportedly fled and struck a gas main near the intersection of Lundy and Everett. The police ended the chase and notified the gas company. The Streator Police are asking anyone with any information about this incident to contact them.
