OTTAWA – The Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team have arrested two Ottawa men on charges related to an ongoing investigation of heroin sales. They say on June 25th 34-year-old Shaun D. McCague and 24-year-old James M. Casey-Wiggins were taken into custody. TRIDENT alleges the pair delivered less than one gram of purported heroin to agents during the investigation. Both are being held on $500,000 bond and are facing felony charges of Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
