SHERIDAN – The Illinois Department of Corrections say they have four staff members not recovered from COVID-19 from the Sheridan Prison. Since the start of the pandemic, 11 staff and all 20 inmates who tested positive are now considered recovered. Systemwide in Illinois, 117 staff and 265 inmates are considered active coronavirus cases.
