LASALLE – A female in her 70’s is the latest COVID-19 related death in LaSalle County, the health department reported Tuesday. The county health department also reported that 17 new cases of coronavirus along with 17 new recoveries. In addition, DeKalb County Health Department reported 22 more COVID-19 cases on Tuesday. Since the start of the pandemic, LaSalle County has reported 1,136 COVID-19 cases and 42 deaths, with DeKalb County reporting 1,102 cases and 33 deaths.
