PERU – The Peru Police Department announced the plans for parking restrictions for the upcoming fireworks display on July 3rd. A number of streets will have parking restrictions beginning at 5 PM and Water Street will be closed to non-emergency traffic starting at 7:30 PM. The restrictions will remain in effect until the end of the display.
