Loud talkers could be quieted in public soon

A company in Japan has created a new Bluetooth mouthpiece that can strap to your face and muffle your conversations in public spaces.  It is said to be able to lower your voice by 20 decibels or 30 for really loud talkers.  They will be on the market in November or December and cost around $140.
