A Seattle woman allegedly stole a car and blew through some road construction barricades. On the other side of those barricades was freshly poured wet cement. The car got stuck in about a foot of wet cement and when she realized she wasn’t able to continue going she threw a TV, an Instant Pot, and a half empty bottle of whiskey out of the car before trying to run away with her four-year-old son.
