If you have trouble remembering names, here is a tip for you! When you meet someone, come up with an entertaining mental picture of the person to associate their name with something to trigger your memory. If you meet someone with a name of a tv character, picture them in a scene of that show. If their name is Ross, picture the person you are meeting in the apartment on the “Friends” set.
