SPRING VALLEY – Multiple people were injured in a head on crash Friday near Spring Valley. According to the Spring Valley Fire Department, they were dispatched to a collision around 3:30 p.m. to IL Route 29 between Depue and Spring Valley.
Authorities say multiple people were transported to area hospitals. The Spring Valley Fire Department stated that the road was shut down for roughly an hour and a half. The accident is being investigated by the Bureau County Sheriffs Department.
