LASALLE – LaSalle -Peru High School’s finance, buildings and grounds committee approved to move forward with plans to raise money for their ‘Field of Dreams’ project. At their committee meeting, agreements were made to pursue community donors to finance half of the total cost of the artificial turf for Howard Fellow stadium by Spring 2020. The estimated cost for the project is $900,000 dollars. So far the board has raised $95,000 via community contributions. If the board does not raise the money by Spring next year, other options like repairs and natural grass restorations will be considered.
