Marilla Park Flooded in Streator; Area Braces for More Rain

STREATOR – With flood warnings in effect,  many rivers and streams in the area have left their banks, including Otter Creek around Marilla Park northeast of Streator.   We flew over the park today to give a close up view of the flooding.   Rain showers are expected to continue off and on through Friday.
