STREATOR – A new food management service will be coming to Streator Township High School this fall. The high school’s board awarded Arbor Management of Itasca, its national school lunch program for the next five years. Superintendent Matt Seaton says the service will also take on its summer food program beginning July 1st. Seaton says the breakfast, grab-and-go and after school snack program will continue. Representatives will be meeting with the high school’s kitchen employees this week to give them the opportunity to work for Arbor. Arbor Management hold accounts throughout northern and central Illinois.
