Ottawa’s Youth Roller Hockey League starts Wednesday

OTTAWA – The Ottawa Youth Roller Hockey League starts Wednesday. Coack Mike Petrone says no experience is required for the 10-week league opened to boys and girls, ages seven through sixteen. The league will be held at the Paramount Skating Rink in Ottawa. Door will open at 5:30 p.m. for same day sign ups. A 70 dollar fee is required to cover the cost of the rink, as the league is a volunteer effort to give back to the youth. Participants are expected to have their own gear, however limited equipment is available to first comers. Late sign ups are welcome. Coach Petrone says come prepared to play, skate up and sign up!
