ROCK FALLS – A Rock Falls man has been charged with possession of child pornography Thursday. According to Illinois State Police, after a lengthy investigation, the Illinois Attorney General’s Office, Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on the 1200 block of Riverdale Road in Rock Falls. Authorities say a forensic analysis of electronic devices found in the residence resulted in the arrest of 39-year-old Dallas C. Housley. Housley was charged with five felony counts of possession of child pornography. He is being held at the Whiteside County Jail, with bond set at $100,000.
