SANDWICH – The Sandwich Fair, the September tradition held every year since 1888, has been cancelled. In an announcement Wednesday morning, the Sandwich Fair Board stated that due to information received from the DeKalb County Health Department, Illinois Department of Public Health, and Governor J.B. Pritzker, they had to cancel the event because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The Sandwich Fair will be returning next year, September 8-12 of 2021.
