STREATOR – Authorities are in search of a registered sex offender living in Streator without notification. Police say David Amburgey, a registered sex offender has been staying within the city without notifying the agency, which is a violation of the Illinois Sex Offender Registry Act. Anyone with information regarding Amburgey’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Streator Police Department.
